New Thule 911XT Passage 3 Bike Trunk Mount Carrier Hey... nice rackBy Charles FerreiraBought this carrier after searching and reading all the reviews I could find on models that actually had my vehicle in the fitment guide then a visit to the store to look at one. This fits our '06 Chevrolet HHR just fine and made a 3 hr trek twice on the highway at highway speeds with some crazy dips where construction met finished road with 2 'mountain bikes' loaded. No problems. One bike was my wife's high-end Roadmaster ;) 'mixte' frame which we did not need the special bar for. I see no reason to give this a bad review at this point. Read the instructions and follow the tips, make sure the straps are very tight and check them after you go a few miles because nylon straps stretch. I had my wife lift up on the loaded bars enough to take the weight off while I re-tightened the straps.
